Penney Cemetery is located in Soddy-Daisy, TN. Take Highway 27 north and exit on Sequoyah Road. Turn left on Sequoyah Road and left again on Hixson Pike. Go 1/2 mile and turn right on Igou Ferry Road. Take the second driveway on the left. The cemetery lies on private property now owned by the Satterwhites. Previous owners of the property "cleared" the cemetery several years ago and removed several markers to the dump. The new owners keep the cemetery very well maintained and plan to use it as a family cemetery. Surveyed by Ken Penney June 30, 2001.
