 This day personally appeared before me Wm Clift an acting justice of the peace  for said county, Catharine Mysinger and made oath in due form of law that formerly her maiden name was Fillers and that sometime in the year 1831 that she was lawfully married to one Christopher Winters and that she had one child by the said Christopher Winters and that her childs name is James Winters who is now living in  Hamilton County Tennessee. That she was married to Christopher Winters in Greene County Tennessee
