Be it remembered
that this cause came on to be heard before Chancellor T. M.
McConnel on this 1 day of May 1895 upon the pleadings exhibits and proof in
the course from all of which it appears that complainant S. H. Schrudder as
the administrator of the estate of Harmon Schrudder deceased sold and
conveyed to complainant Mrs. Maude H. Fox subject to the ratification and
confirmation of the Chancery Court of Hamilton County Tennessee for the
price of $175.00 the following described real estate on Walden's Ridge in
the (?)16th Civil District of Hamilton County Tennessee described as
follows. Beginning on a stone comes to a five acre tract of land bought by
F. M. Gardinhire (?) of A. M. Rogers: then south 47° east 10 rods on 165
feet: thence north 36° east 244 feet (which is twenty feet less than an acre
to be left for a road and so stated in title land) to a stone: thence north
47° west ten rods or 165 feet to a stake thence south 36° west 244 feet
to
the beginning containing 40.260 square feet to which tract or parcel of land

that
the said sum of $175.00 the amount proposed to be given for said land or
