Tittle and wife Mary [Thompson] Tittle of said County and State in consideration of the sum of Five hundred and fifty dollars in hand paid the receipt of exact is hereby acknowledged have bargained and sold to B. F. Tittle and Jefferson Tittle both of the same County and State one fifth interest in the following land situate in the fourth civil district of the entirety on the south side of the Tennessee River and land as follows: DESCRIPTION HERE HARD TO READ Witness our hands and seals this third day of February 1896 Attest: F. And Mary Tittle wife of the said W. H. Tittle having appeared before me privately and apart from her husband the said Mary Tittle acknowledged the said deed to have been deemed made without coercion or ?? of her husband for the purposes herein named.
