Pursuant to the
provision of an act undersigned Commissioners being duly qualified do make,
bound, number and establish in the County of Hamilton the following number of
Districts as follows to wit:

Begins at the first
ford on Ooltewah creek above B.R. Inmans where the Northwestern boundary line of
District No. 6 crosses said creek, then with said line up the mountain, and
along the top of the corner of the County two miles above Robisons Gap, and
corner to District No. 6 then along the County line to where the road passing
from Big Jims through a gap to Zeke Byers’ crosses said County line, then in a
direction crossing Long Savannah creek, between Lucas’ and Fitz-Geralds to
Henry’s path, at the N.E. corner of District No 7. and then with the lines of
Districts Nos. 7 & 6 to the Beginning.
The Elections for this District to be held at Thos. Shirleys.
