Joe Armstrong, (Dog Tag, Serial # 34880417), a 50 Caliber gunner of B-26G, Maruader Bomber, "Erma" Battle # 73, Serial # (43-34238) of 12th Air Force, 17th Bombardment Squadron, 95th Bombardment Group. Harry Lee Sgt. Harry Lee Denham born December 16, 1922 in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Joined United States Marines in June 1944. Served with the 5th Marine Division on Okinawa and Iwo Jima. Honorably discharged in June 1948. Died April 23, 1960 of heart attack at Erlanger Hospital. He is buried in the Bartlebaugh Baptist Church Cemetery. Submitted by: Billy G.
