Richard H. Brown Jr., 69, 1170 10th Place , Vero Beach , Fla. , formerly of Chattanooga , died Thursday afternoon in a Chattanooga hospital. He was a member of the Worley Masonic Lodge No. 601 F&AM., and of the Vero Beach methodist Church . He was employed with the Combustion Engineering Co. for 35 years before his retirement in 1955. He is survived by his wife Mrs. Anna belle Woy Brown, Chattanooga ; four sons. Charles Elmer Brown, Pittsburgh, Pa.; Wesley Woy Brown, Mobile, Ala.; Harry Hale Brown, Sacramento, Calif.; Robert Lewis Brown, New Orleans, La.; one daughter, Mrs. Hoyt Bonds, Chattanooga; four brothers, Matt L. Brown, E. William Brown, Harry N. Brown, and Anderson N. Brown, all of Chattanooga; one sister Mrs. Carl Brown, Chattanooga; eleven grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral arrangements will be announced the National Funeral Home.
