Mrs. S. E. Cate

    Mrs. S. E. Cate, age 65, who died at the home of her sister, Mrs. W. E. Pierce, near Hixson, at 8:30 o'clock yesterday morning. She is survived by a son, R. F. Cate, and a daughter, Mrs. C. E. Melton, both of Allen, Texas; two brothers, Frank and R. A. Cate, of Athens, Tn.; two sisters, Mrs. R. A. Lowery, of Cleveland, Tn., and Mrs. Pierce of Hixson. The body was removed to Wann's, prepared for burial and was forwarded to Athens, Tn. where funeral and interment will take place today.
