Dora Lea Clingan, 85, of McDonald, died Monday morning in a
local hospital. She was a native of Birchwood, and a member of the
Bancroft Church of God. Survivors include two daughters, Bernice Filyaw
of Cleveland and Dorthy M. Barker of Atlanta, Ga.; three sons: James and Joe Clifford
Clingan of McDonald, and Luther "Tutt" Cleveland; 11
grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Bancroft Church of God, with Pastor
William Curtis and Pastor James Reno officiating. Interment will follow
in the Lee Cemetery in McDonald. The family will receive friends after
5:00 p.m. today at the Goodner Allen Funeral Home.
