He was a lifelong resident of Chattanooga, son of the late Elisha L. and Hannah
O. Davis.
Mr. Davis was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He was a retired
self-employed automobile dealer.
He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Ann Davis of Chattanooga; three
daughters and sons-in-law, Joyce and Don Henley of Chattanooga, Peggy and Mike
Long of Harrison, Susie and Mike Vines of Chattanooga; a brother, Deewillis
Davis of Chattanooga; six grandchildren, Nick and Yancy Henley, Mikie Long and
Missy Taylor, Tiffany and Bridgett Vines, and nine great-grandchildren.
Services will be 2 p.m. Monday, at the Valley View Chapel with the Rev. Steve
Cape officiating.
Burial will be at Greenwood Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 2-8 p.m. Sunday, at the funeral home.
Arrangements are by Chattanooga Funeral Home Crematory and Florist, Valley View
Chapel.
