Obituary of Lorena Moree Davis

Davis, Mrs. Lorena (Rena) Moree, 51, of Hixson, Tenn., Route 1, died Wednesday morning in a local hospital. She is survived by one son, Johnnie A. Davis, Chattanooga; two daughters, Miss Anna Lee Davis, Hixson, Tenn., Route 1, Mrs. Tressia Sneed, Soddy, Tenn., Route 1; one sister, Mrs. Zada Morrison, Chattanooga; brother, Gordon Moree, Jasper; half brother, William Crutchfield, Nashville, Tenn; 7 grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Saturday from the Shady Grove Baptist Church with Rev's. C. M. Baggett and Howard Grey officiating. Interment will be in the Wilcoxen Cemetery near Soddy, Tenn. Active pallbearer's will be Leonard Henry, Leonard Sneed, Lonnie Davis, Floyd Lasley, Lelan Hunt, Oral Patterson. Honorary pallbearers will be Rev. Clifford Jones, Rev. Tom Dodd, Rev. Carl Gass, Haskel Johnson, and J.P. Womack. The body is at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. Tressia Sneed, Soddy, Tenn. Arrangements are by the National Funeral Home.
