DEAN – MISS DAISY R., 76, died Monday in a Nashville, Tenn., hospital. She was a former resident of Chattanooga, retired school teacher, having taught in the Chattanooga school system for 33 years. She was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John R. Dean Sr., Chattanooga. Miss Dean had made her home with her sister, Mrs. D. B. Morrison, for the past few years in Centerville, Tenn. She was a former member of the First Presbyterian Church of Chattanooga. She is survived by a sister, Mrs. D. B. Morrison, Centerville, Tenn.; niece Mrs. Emery B. Gill, Centerville, Tenn. Funeral services will be held at 1 o’clock Wednesday afternoon in the chapel of the Presbyterian Church, with Dr. James L. Fowle officiating. Interment will be in Forest Hills. The body is at the Chattanooga Funeral Home. East Chapel.
