 FOSTER - CHARLES, age 79, of St. Elmo Route 4, passed away Thursday evening at a local hospital. Surviving him are his wife, Mrs. Penelope Foster; four daughters, Mrs. E. C. Fultz Sr., Mrs. W. J. Wallace, Mrs. Robert Butler and Mrs. W. C. Goins, all of Chattanooga; three sons, D. W., J. T. and G. F. Foster all of Chattanooga; one sister, Mrs. J. W. Boydston, Wells Point, Tex.; also 28 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Funeral arrangements will be announced later by the National Funeral Home.

FOSTER - Funeral services for Charles Foster will be held at 1:30 Sunday afternoon from the Pan Gap Baptist Church with Revs. Hobert V. Mossey, W. T. McMahan and Rev. Bowman officiating. Interment will be in Tittle Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Walter Bush, Robert Gossett, Fred Gossett, Nelson Varnell, George Tinker, Walter Gossett. Honorary pallbearers will be John Queen, Albert Lansford, E. L. Carruth, Sr., Mack Brown, Willard Rogers and Barney Malcolm. The body will remain at the funeral home. Arrangements are by the National Funeral Home.
