WILLIAM J. HEADRICK, 60, died yesterday morning at his residence in Soddy.  He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Maude Headrick; four children, Herman Headrick, Chattanooga; Mrs. Glennie Wilson and Mrs. Ruth of Chattanooga, Mrs. J. L. Case, Soddy; nine grandchildren; four sisters, Mrs. Dennis Hicks, Mrs. Lula Johnson and Mrs. Leander Herring, all of Cleveland, Tenn; and Mrs. Sarah Black of Dalton, Georgia.  Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Saturday afternoon from the East Chattanooga Church of God with the Reverend J. A. Cross conducting.  Burial will be in  Greenwood Cemetery.  The body is at the funeral home and will remain there until the hour of service.  Arrangements are by the National Funeral Home.
