 HENDRICKS – HOYT ESTEN, 75, of Red Bank, died Friday in a local hospital. A native of Alabama , he had lived in Chattanooga most of his life and was a member of the White Oak United Methodist Church and its Friendship Class. He was a member of the Alhambra Temple, Red Bank Lodge 717 F&AM and was a veteran of World War II, serving in the South Pacific. He was preceded in death by his wife, Nina P. Hendricks. Survivors include his sister, Beatrice Hendricks, Chattanooga ; niece, Margaret H. Thomas, Plant City , Fla. ; one great-niece, one great-nephew. Services will be at 2 p. m. Sunday in the funeral home Chapel with the Rev. James E. Wheddee officiating. Burial will be in Chattanooga Memorial Park . The family will receive friends from 2-4 p.m. today at Chattanooga Guardian Chapel, West.
