Earl Hixson

    Pikeville, TN, Graveside services for Earl Hixson, 64, retired farmer of Rt. 2 Pikeville, who died Thursday, were to be held at 2 PM CST today in Harvey Cemetery in Sequatchie County. The Rev. L. V. Davis was to officiate.  Mr. Hixson, a Hamilton County native and a son of the Late Mr. and Mrs. Tim Hixson moved to Bledsoe some 20 years ago.

    Note from submitter: Earl Hixson was born 27 March 1905, died March 19, 1970. He married Verna Sutherland, born 17 April 1906.  They had children: Earl, Jr., who died an infant, William Harold who married Nina Lou Hopkins, Loretta Hixson who married Jesse Paul Walker, and Carl Johnson, Radis Timothy (called Jim) who married Mary Sue Lawson.
