COLUMBIA — Sharon Davis “Me Maw” Holman, 46, passed away on Tuesday, Nov.
25, 2008, at Maury Regional Medical Center.
Born in Huntsville, Ala., she was the daughter of the late Samuel and Louise
Womack Davis and the wife of Gary Holman.
She was the office manager for RJR Investments, owner of AirCom Wireless and
a member of Lighthouse Baptist Church.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Jenny (Don)
Carr, of South Hampton, Pa., Casey (Becky) Robinson, of Columbia, Tenn.,
Eric (Erica) Holman of Spring Hill, Tenn., Leslie Robinson Carroll, of La
Vergne, Tenn., Faith Atkins, of Columbia, Tenn., Joy Steele, of Woodstock,
Ga., and Shannon Holman, of Columbia; 11 grandchildren; and brothers, Johnny
(MiHye) Davis, of Hixson, Jerry (Barbara) Davis, of Chatsworth, Ga., and
Terry Davis, of Chattanooga.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Gene Davis.
Funeral services for Mrs. Holman will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov.
29, in the chapel of Williams Funeral Home in Columbia with the Rev. Dave
Burial will follow in Polk Memorial Gardens.
Pallbearers will be Casey Robinson, Eric Holman, Don Carr, Jonathan Francis,
Cole Atkins and Ron Elliott. Honorary pallbearers will be Tommy Carroll and
Memorials may be made to the Lighthouse Baptist Church Bus Ministry, 109 S.
James Campbell Blvd., Columbia, TN 38401.
The family will receive friends Friday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
