CLARENCE B., age 74, of Route 2, Webb Rd., died Friday in a local hospital. Mr.
McKee was a member of the Baptist Church and the Odd Fellows Organization. He is
survived by seven daughters, Mrs. W. M. Brown of Buffalo, N. Y.; Miss Foystenia
McKee of Chattanooga; Mrs. Estell Finney of Miami, Fla; Mrs. Lorene Price of
Chattanooga, Mrs. Dorothy Maroon of Orlando, Fla.; Mrs. Ethel Brooks of
Chattanooga and Mrs. Ruth Johnson of Knoxville.; two sons Clarence E. McKee and
Harry McKee, both of Chattanooga; one sister, Mrs. Ethel Cash of Chattanooga,
and one brother, Elmer Ellis of Harrison, Tenn.; 34 grandchildren and 27
great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held
at 1:30 p.m. Sunday in the East Chapel of the Chattanooga Funeral Home with Rev.
C. E. Blevins and Dr. Lee Roberson officiating. Interment will be in Tyner
Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Ralph Price, Jr., David Brooks, Gary Brooks,
Richard Gurley, Hershel McKee and Victor Bowman. The body is at the Chattanooga
Funeral Home, East Chapel.
