THOMAS H. M’KEE
Thomas H. McKee, 73, Hamilton county pioneer and resident of the Jersey
community practically all his life, died Friday morning at his home in East
Chattanooga. He was a member of the Baptist church and was well known throughout
the county. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. James Dean and Mrs. Will Hicks,
and five sons, Will, Jerry, James, Clarence and Lester McKee. Funeral services
will be held in Tyner Baptist church at 2 this afternoon, the Rev. Robert
McElhaney officiating. Interment will follow in Tyner cemetery. Pallbearers will
be Roy and Auldon McElhaney, Will Overby, C. J. McElhaney, James Brogdon and
Elbert Bettis. Arrangements are in charge of Wann’s.
