    Mrs. Rebecca Jane Miller, aged 61, well-known resident of East Chattanooga, died at her home, 2101 Allen street, yesterday morning at 9 o’clock after several weeks of illness. She is survived by her husband, John W. Miller; a son, Wesley J. Miller, of Cincinnati; four daughters, Mrs. Josie Mathis and Mrs. Grace Sims, of this city; Mrs. Elizabeth Campbell, of Ellis Springs, and Mrs. Nettie Cannaster, of Sevierville, Tenn. She had been a resident of this county for forty years and was a member of the United Brethern church.
    Funeral services will be held from the Bartlebaugh church Thursday morning at 10 o’clock, the Rev. Dan Quinn officiating. The interment will follow in Bartlebaugh cemetery with the following serving as pallbearers: James L. Champion, Walter Lamon, D. B. Bettis, John Forgey, John T. Lowe and W. C. Barger.
