Note from submitter::

THERE WERE SEVERAL ERRORS IN THE NEWSPAPER WRITE UP ON DR. MOORE .  FOR EXAMPLE, IT STATED HE WAS FROM " ZANESVILLE " WHICH IS ACTUALLY " JANESVILLE ." IT ALSO IDENTIFIED ONE OF HIS SONS AS "B. T. MOORE " BUT HIS NAME WAS B.A. MOORE, (MY FATHER.)      A 3 MONTH OLD SON WAS IDENTIFIED AS "JAMES TREMONT MOORE "; HIS NAME ACTUALLY WAS JAMES FREMONT MOORE .  Also, his sister’s name was Sarah Marian Vorhes, not “Voorhes” and she was deceased at the time of Dr. Moore’s death. She had died about eight months before on April 10, 1915 in Enterprise, Clarke County, Mississippi. The name of her husband, deceased at the time of her death, was Charles H. Vorhes.
