WINSTON SALEM, N.C. -- Evelyn Long Morgan, a native and lifelong resident
of
Chattanooga died Tuesday, Sept. 26, 2000, in Winston Salem, where she had
lived since
1992. She was 88. She was the widow of James H. Morgan and a member
of First Baptist Church, Golden Gateway and its Mary Sunday School
Class. Survivors include a son, George Morgan, Lake Worth, Fla.;
Daughter, Dianne Borgen, Sherrills Ford, N.C.; four
grandchildren. Graveside services will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at
Forest Hills Cemetery. Visitation will be today from 7 to 9 p.m. at
J. Avery Bryan Funeral Home.
