 BARNES – ROBERT S.  age 54, died Tuesday in Veterans Hospital, Cleveland Ohio.  He is survived by four sisters, Mrs. D. B. Hatch, Chattanooga; Mrs. Bergren Mullinax, Asheville, N.C.; Mrs. F. E. Skilton, Blue Mountain, Miss.; Miss Adelaide Barnes, Hickory, N.C. ; one brother D. M. Barnes, Chattanooga.  Funeral services will be held this afternoon at 3 o’clock from the chapel of the National Funeral Home with Dr. John A. Huff officiating.  Burial will be in the Chattanooga Memorial Park.  Pallbearers will be Joe E. Cooke, J. D. Frawley, H. D. Hicks, W. S. Miller, A. M. Underwood and R. W. Wear.  The body will remain at the National Funeral Home until time of sevice .
