Davis, Mrs. Maude, age 52, died at her home, Soddy, Thursday morning. Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Clyde Wilson, Mrs. Alvin Moore of Soddy; Mrs. Cicero Mulkey of Wharton, W. VA; two sons, Erba and Lawrence Davis of Soddy; two sisters, Mrs. Henry Worley and Mrs. Ben Painter of Soddy; three half-sisters, four half-brothers and twenty one grandchildren. Funeral services Shady Grove Baptist Church, 2pm today. Revs. Houston Baggett, Fred Fairchild officiating. Pallbearers, Wendell Worley, Victor Penney, Roy Penney, Earl Painter, Alvin Horne, and Clyde Wilson. Interment Shady Grove Cemetery, arrangements in charge Smith Funeral Service.
