Dr. William Richard McRee

Dr. W. R. McRee, son of Judge and Mrs. R. C. McRee, died at an early hour yesterday morning at the family residence in Soddy. Deceased was about 50. Judge McRee, who served Hamilton County as county judge prevoius to Judge Hugh Whiteside's term, and who survives his son, is now about 80. Dr. McRee had been an invalid for two years or more. Funeral services will be held this afternoon at 4 o'clock at the McRee home in Soddy. The Rev. Roy D. Bachman will officiate. Interment will be in the Presbyterian Cemetery, Soddy.
