CENTENARIAN DIES

Mrs. Katherine Sharp, 101 years old, died at her home, 809 Hamilton avenue, North Chattanooga, yesterday afternoon. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Luevenia Thompson; one brother, J. C. Sharp; seventeen grandchildren and thirty-five great-grandchildren. The body will remain at the residence until the funeral hour, to be announced by Smith Funeral Service.

Funeral services for Mrs. Katherine Sharp, 101, will be held from the residence, 809 Hamilton avenue, at 10 a.m. today; the Revs. Henry Morgan and T. Perry Brannon officiating. Pallbearers: John, Gabe, Edward Sharp, Curtis Sively, Fred Jackson and Ira Johnson. Interment Thompson cemetery, arrangements by Smith Funeral service.
