Services for Mrs. Luetishey Welch Varner of Franklin, Tenn., who died there Monday, were held today at 2:30 p.m. at Chattanooga Guardian Funeral Home, North.
      Burial was in Jackson Chapel Cemetery.
      Survivors include two daughters, Ms. Jerry Keene, Thompson Station, Tenn., and Ms. Margaret Louise Belcher of Ocala, Fla.; three sons, Dennis D. Varner, Zion, Ill., James Varner, San Antonio, Texas, and Donald G. Varner of Virgie, Ky.; a brother, Willard Welch of Scottsboro, Ala., 10 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
      Arrangements were by Williamson Memorial Funeral Home in Franklin, Tenn.
