RAY – MRS. DAISY MANDY, 93, of 6201 Laguana Drive , died Thursday in a local hospital. She was the widow of J( ames ) M. Ray and was a member of the Lake Vista United Methodist Church and the Ladies’ Bible Class. Survivors include two sons, Paul Ray, Jack Ray, both of Chattanooga ; five daughters, Mrs. Maggie Dunn, Harrison , Tenn. , Mrs. Minnie Waters, Mrs. Mary Dunn, Mrs. Mamie Nelson, all of Chattanooga, Mrs. Ruth Englebird, Ringgold, Ga.; eight grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren. Services will be held Sunday at 2:30 p.m. in the West Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home with the Rev. Robert Smith and the Rev. Sam E. Leidig officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery . Pallbearers will be grandsons with the Ladies’ Bible Class of her church serving as honorary pallbearers. The body is at the Chattanooga Funeral Home, West Chapel, 1724 McCallie Ave.
