           SIVLEY WILLIAM D. (DAVE), 85, a former resident of Chattanooga , died Monday in Tarpon Springs , Fla. , where he had lived for the past 18 years. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Tarpon Springs, and a former member of the Red Bank Baptist Church and the Keystone Bible Class. He was a member of Lookout Commandery No. 14 Knights of Templar, Hill City Lodge No. 603. Alhambra Temple , IAM Lodge No. 56. Junior Order United American Mechanics and John Bailey Licklin Chapter No. 49. Survivors are: wife, Mrs. Frances Liner Sivley, Tarpon Springs; two sons, Luther Sivley of Chattanooga , Dan Sivley, Beltsville , Md. ; two daughters, Mrs. Geraldine Donahoo of Chattanooga , Mrs. Shirley Dowlen of Hixson; one sister, Mrs. J. W. Cox of Chattanooga; one brother, Harry A. Sivley of Long Beach, Calif.; seven grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Arrangements will be announced by R. J. Coulter Funeral Home, Ashland Terrace.
