Elsie Sunderland, 90, of Soddy Daisy, died on Wednesday, Oct. 29, 2003.

 Mrs. Sunderland was a member of Hixson First Baptist Church.

 She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Sunderland; daughters, Mildred King and Eddie Sue Hamilton; son, George Sunderland.

 Survivors include her sons, James Sunderland of Soddy Daisy, and Lonnie Sunderland of Hixson; 18 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.

 Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday in the chapel of the funeral home with the Rev. Kathy Stamey officiating.

 Interment will be in Granny Walker Cemetery.

 Family will receive friends from 2-9 p.m. on Friday.
