Tabor – Joseph Fletcher, 71, a lifelong resident of the Chattanooga area, died Friday morning in a local hospital. Survivors are four sisters, Mrs. Bernice Beasley, Dayton, Tenn.; Mrs. Thelma Eldridge, Mrs. Marie Walker, both of Chattanooga; Mrs. Mae Shaw of Florida; two brothers, Earl Tabor, Lindsey Tabor, both of Rossville; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon at 1 o’clock in the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home with Rev. Frank Craton officiating. Interment in Forest Hills Cemetery. Pallbearers will be nephews. The body is at the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home, Inc.
