Mrs. Ethel Brumlow Tanner of Snellville, GA. died Thursday, Mar. 18, 1982.

    Survivors include her husband, James G. Tanner of Snellville; daughters Mrs. Betty Whaley of Alexandria, VA., Mrs. Marjorie Capdau of Atlanta, Mrs. Charlene Estes of Nashville, Mr. Shelvia Livingston of Jonesboro, GA., Mrs. Joyce Gaines of Stone Mountain, GA., Mrs. Wanda Ho of Costa Mesa, CA., Mrs. Brenda Greenway of Mountain Park, GA., and Mrs. Linda Loveless of Duluth, GA; son, James G. Tanner, Jr., Marietta, GA; mother, Mrs. Thena Rector of Atlanta; brother, Ellison Van Winkle of Spring City, TN.      

    Services were held at 2:30 p.m. today at Oglethorpe Hill with Dr. Ronnie Spillers and Rev. Charles W. Barnes officiating. 

    Interment was in Lakeview Memory Gardens, South with grandsons serving as pallbearers.

    Arrangements were by the H. M. Patterson and Sons Funeral Home in Atlanta.
