Charles R. "Bob" Templeton

Charles R. “Bob” Templeton, 77, of Soddy-Daisy, passed away, Saturday, Oct. 5, 2002 , at his home.

Mr. Templeton was a member of the Soddy-Daisy Church of Christ, he retired from Hamilton County , worked as a Soddy-Daisy police officer for 16 years and was a member of the Soddy Lions Club and was a United States Army Veteran.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William Robert and Arrie Templeton; brothers, William Glenn Templeton and Jimmy Templeton.

He is survived by his wife, Nina Templeton, Soddy-Daisy; sons, Jeff and Chuck Templeton, both of Soddy-Daisy; daughter, Dawn Templeton, Soddy-Daisy; grandson, Bradley Shane; brother, George Templeton, Hixson; and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Monday in the chapel of Williamson & Sons Funeral Home with Minister Bill Greer officiating.

Interment will be in Varner Cemetery .

Arrangements are by Williamson and Sons Funeral Home, 8852 Dayton Pike, Soddy-Daisy , TN.
