Charles W. Woy, brother of Policeman John Woy, died yesterday afternoon
about 3 o'clock at his home, 413 Bulah St, St Elmo. Deceased was about 41
years of age and a foreman for 24 years at the United States Leather company, where he had been employed for about twenty-four years. He had been ill only about a month and had just returned from the Blue Ridge mountains, North Carolina, where he had gone on business for his health. He leaves a wife and six children. The arrangements for the funeral have not yet been completed and will be announced later.
