Obtain a Hamilton County, Tennessee Will

Copies of wills contained in the Hamilton or James County Will Books may be obtained from the Hamilton County Genealogy Society. The fee for this service is $7.00 for a PRINT COPY of the first page and $1.50 for each additional page per will delivered by USPS First Class Mail. DIGITAL IMAGES (.JPG) delivered by email are $6.00 per will. Check the WILL INDEX for names and number of pages.

We make every attempt to process your request as quickly as possible. Delivery times will vary according number of wills requested, method of delivery, availability, library hours, etc. Please allow at least seven (7) to ten (10) days to receive your request.
