Obtaining a Hamilton County Will

Copies of wills contained in the Hamilton County Will Books may be obtained from the Hamilton County Genealogical Society. The fee for this service is $5.00 per copy for the first page and $1.50 for each additional page per will. Check the will index for names and number of pages.
