Tennessee Death Certificates from The HCTGS

Copies  of  any Tennessee death certificate,  for the years 1908 through 1912 and 1914 through 1956, may be obtained through the Hamilton County Genealogical Society.  The fee for our service is $7.00 per copy. Additional years may be searched for an additional $7.00 per year. We will contact you by e-mail if additional searches are required. If we are unable to locate the death certificate your payment will be retained for the search.

Please provide as much information about the deceased as possible. The date of birth is not totally necessary but will increase the accuracy of the search. If you do not know the exact date of death, we MUST have the year in which the person died.
