TWO DUSKY GIRLS HAVE TIME
STAYING OUT OF JAIL.
Finnegan, the reputed author of that epic accident report,
"Off again, on again, gone again," had nothing on Ruby McConley and
Maud Ballow, two dusky vamps, whose record for last night would read, "in
again, out again, in again". They were arrested at 8:30 by Detectives
Dodson and Paradiso and taken to headquarters on a charge of visiting a
disorderly house and soliciting on the streets. At 9 o'clock they were released
on bond and at 11 o'clock were brought in again by Patrolmen Swanson, Green and
Gober and registered on the same charge. They were in the city jail at midnight.
